Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim officially kicks off tonight at The Raleigh hotel and I, for one, get excited whenever this time of year comes around. Bikinis might very well be my favorite fashion staple of all time. Â They exude confidence, freedom and a celebration of the female form. Even more to the point, it’s what I’m doing while I’m in my bikini that I really love–surfing, snorkeling, sailing or swimming, this water baby is happiest slathered in SPF 50 splashing in the sea.
From sporty and functional to lux for lounging, I love (and own) all types of bikinis. Fashion Week Swim is a treat to spot the latest trends from top designers as they sashay down the runway on gorgeous models. I’ll be at The Raleigh all weekend with my eyes peeled and I’ll be sure to share the hottest looks with you via social media.
